Make sure you ONLY join the link to get on the BACKSTAGE 5 minutes before your talk time and not a minute before! Also when you are NOT speaking, you can watch the conference from the LIVE link.
Please make sure that your camera is set up BEFORE you get on the link... or at least your tripod set up so that you are not having to adjust PRIOR to us getting started! Make sure there are NO APPS open so that it doesn't go slow. If you are on your phone, you may want to also NOT have your WIFI on if you have a decent connection. Sometimes the WIFI can slow down your video.
